Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruitment Manager at Crossworkers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the hiring process that includes sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the IT industry to join the international work environment and work closely with our European Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with managers to gather the hiring requirements & specific competencies needed.
- Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and hiring requirements.
- Assign the tasks to the team members
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
- Provide a shortlist candidate and keep pipeline of qualified candidates to the hiring managers, technical team & clients.
- Attend job fairs and careers events or assign a member of the team.
- Communicate with recruitment agencies to support in sourcing qualified CVs, if needed.
- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly
- Overseeing all communications with the clients to ensure smooth and effective collaboration
- Report a recruitment status to management
- Technical & Behavioural Performance Evaluation of the team members:
- Follow the NDA & Security Data Protection Guidelines ensuring data is confidential and not disclosed to any third parties.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken is a Must
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field (HR diploma is a plus).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment at least 5 years in software field is a Must.
- Proven Experience in hiring technical and IT Positions is a Must
- HR diploma is a plus.
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices.
- Experience in Managing and Coaching team members
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management system
- Familiar with the Recruitment platforms ex: LinkedIn- Bayet.com- Wuzzuf
- Used to work in an international environment.
- Experience in working independently and targeted with a high activity level.
- Productive team played who can meet the deadlines
- Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is as a plus.
