Job Description:

• System configuration and customization.
• Monitoring and maintenance of system performance; perform regular maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system functionality
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security within the CRM system
• Data management: data import/export, data migration, and maintaining data integrity and quality within Dynamics CRM/Power Apps
• Documentation of system configurations, customizations, workflows, and procedures for reference and training purposes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM/Power Apps to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, business rules, and custom entities (no .NET, C#, JavaScript required)
• Certifications: relevant Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, and/or Power Platform certifications
• Security best practices: Knowledge of security practices, including role-based security, field-level security, and data encryption within Dynamics CRM/Power Platform and Microsoft AD
• Expertise in customizing Dynamics CRM components, including entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement fixes effectively
• Continuous learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features, updates, and industry trends
• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients Language requirements
