IT & Cybersecurity - Internship

CrossWorkers is looking for highly motivated students/ fresh graduates for a three-month Internship in the IT and Cyber Security  Department.

The internship starts in July and ends in September 2025.

Location: Cairo Office, New Cairo

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates and 4th-year students in the ITI & communications faculty & Computer Science, or any relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the implementation and management of cybersecurity protocols and tools.
  • Assist with security audits and risk assessments.
  • Help develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to employees on IT and security-related issues.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams on various projects and initiatives.
  • Document work and findings clearly and concisely.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

  • Strong interest in both Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and security principles.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and basic security concepts (firewalls, antivirus).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
