We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Virtual Social Media and Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team remotely. This role includes managing social media platforms, creating engaging content for virtual events like job fairs and tradeshows, and assisting with overall marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop and curate engaging text-based content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and brochures.
• Design graphics for social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop content and design marketing materials that support their efforts.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  

Social Media Management:

• Maintain engagement on social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts to boost engagement and enhance brand awareness.
• Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns social media activities with overall marketing goals.
• Provide monthly reports on social media insights and performance metrics.
  

Video Production:

• Created content for events, including podcasts, reels, and promotional videos.
• Filmed, edited, and produced videos for social media and internal events, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and culture.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain and update the inventory of marketing materials and event giveaways.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.
•  Schedule and organize client visits, including hotel bookings, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, graphic design
• Proficiency in Canvas is a must.
• Demonstrable success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Experience with graphic design and video production is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends.
• An excellent command of English, both written and verbal is Must
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, on-brand content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
