We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and data-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust APIs, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high availability, security, and reliability across services.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development & Architecture:
Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices
Build and maintain backend services using modern frameworks and technologies
Design efficient database schemas and data flows for high-performance systems
Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability
Performance & Reliability:
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system bottlenecks
Implement best practices for system monitoring, logging, and uptime
Collaboration & Delivery:
Work closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver integrated solutions
Participate in Agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban
Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Required Skills
Strong experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar
Hands-on experience with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB and similar)
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Proficiency in Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
