About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of software products through thorough manual and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high product standards and supporting smooth product releases.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across applications
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
Collaborate closely with developers to verify fixes and improvements
Release Validation & Documentation:
Validate software releases before deployment to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain clear and organized testing documentation and reports
Process & Collaboration:
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum and Kanban
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills
Strong experience in manual software testing
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with Agile development processes
Nice to Have
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman
Knowledge of API testing concepts and tools
Basic scripting or automation skills
