Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced proactive, creative and versatile Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at a leading real estate application. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both offline and digital channels as well as achieving the designated sales target, with a strong emphasis on customer experience. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and experience improvement, product development and revenue growth in the real estate industry across multiple countries.
About the Job:
In this role, you will:
- Achieve designated Sales KPIs
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple countries.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the website landing pages and app store experience to improve organic search rankings, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Develop engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Utilize performance marketing techniques, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis, to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI in each country.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement, taking into account the specific dynamics of the real estate industry and regional market differences.
- Send marketing emails to subscription based users.
- Provide monthly report on awareness and usage for the application.
- Generating user feedback for further product development.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- At least 6 years of proven experience in a similar or related position
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Lead or in a similar role, with a strong focus on both offline and digital marketing, including performance marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytic, Google Ads, mixpanel, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics, with experience analyzing and interpreting regional marketing data.
- Proficiency in Apple Connect and Google Play.
- In-depth knowledge of offline marketing channels and tactics, such as print advertising, direct mail, events, and traditional media, as well as digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, with experience tailoring strategies for different countries.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of the sales and rental marketplace is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work constructively in a team with good communication skills.
Good To have:
- An advanced degree in Marketing and business administration is a plus.
- Experience in real estate industry or related sector
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and a solid understanding of sales and rental marketplaces is a plus.
