Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, independent, and creative International Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives for one of our clients—a prominent real estate portal. This role is instrumental in driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and enhancing user engagement across multiple international markets.
At CrossWorkers, you will work directly with our customer in KSA, a well-known player in the Gulf market for real estate . You will collaborate with colleagues based in both Egypt and the Gulf region.
About the Job:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels.
- Drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention while achieving designated sales KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure an exceptional user experience within the application.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, social media, email, influencer marketing, and localized offline initiatives (e.g., billboards, radio, print).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
- Optimize web and app store presence for better visibility and conversion rates.
- Create and manage engaging marketing content and communications for digital platforms and subscribed users.
- Analyse campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, and apply data-driven improvements through A/B testing and CRO techniques.
- Deliver monthly performance reports on awareness and usage, and gather user feedback to support product development.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and regional market dynamics, particularly within the real estate sector.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar or related position
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with strong expertise in both offline and digital marketing—including performance marketing—
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mixpanel, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics, with a demonstrated ability to analyze regional marketing data.
- Hands-on experience with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including print, direct mail, events, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, with the ability to tailor campaigns for different countries.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good To have:
- An advanced degree in Marketing and business administration is a plus.
- Experience in real estate industry or related sector
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and a solid understanding of sales and rental marketplaces is a plus.
